Kevin Reiner

An old farmhouse,

a talented designer,

a masterful carpenter,

a little bit of glam,

and a whole lot of vintage charm.

Perfect.

  2. Perfect is right! I am really liking darker walls right now. It would never work in our house but i love it...

  3. So much to love, and be inspired by, here. The color of those kitchen cabinets is to die for...rich, earthy, saturated. The woodwork is gorgeous and I love the attention to detail in framing out the moulding. What a lovely home.

  6. The colors used are all by Ralph Lauren: Surrey for the kitchen cabinets and Grange Hall in the workspace... As for the details, yes, they are amazing. I think Reiner was genius in spending good money on a really talented craftsman who built the arched doorway, refitted old building materials, and created added details with all of the beautiful paneling and woodworking around the house. He also used a ton of salvaged materials, including doors and windows from different old houses, and that way got this built-over-time look, which I think is so beautiful...

  13. The entire space is beautiful. I especially love the first image with all of the windows surrounding the white sofas (ah, natural light) and the last image of the fairly austere room with table, chair, and darling little chandelier.
